Omair Saleh e3fd4dc806 feat(editorial): curated scientific studies with real PMID citations
Replaces the JSON-path source list with structured CitationLink objects
(label / href / meta / type) so every citation in the dashboard resolves to a
real URL — PubMed PMIDs, EFSA opinions, EU regulation register. Adds a
hand-curated scientificStudyDraft per pilot SKU with study framing first and
EFSA verbatim wording quoted separately, matching the compliance pattern
Wild Nutrition, Ritual, Heights, and Nothing Fishy use.

The finding consistent across this body of research is that calcium citrate absorbs well whether taken with or without food, and is the form most commonly chosen for adults over 50, those on acid-reducing medication, or anyone who finds calcium carbonate causes digestive discomfort. Calcium has multiple UK-authorised health claims covering bones, teeth, muscle function and energy metabolism.\n\nAuthorised health claim: \"Calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. Calcium contributes to normal muscle function. Calcium contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism.\"\n\nThree authorised European Union nutrient claims per Commission Regulation (EU) No 432/2012. Used in accordance with the conditions of use (the food must be at least a source of calcium per the labelling regulation; 500 mg per capsule is 63% of the EU NRV).",
