Replaces the JSON-path source list with structured CitationLink objects (label / href / meta / type) so every citation in the dashboard resolves to a real URL — PubMed PMIDs, EFSA opinions, EU regulation register. Adds a hand-curated scientificStudyDraft per pilot SKU with study framing first and EFSA verbatim wording quoted separately, matching the compliance pattern Wild Nutrition, Ritual, Heights, and Nothing Fishy use. A landmark meta-analysis published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition showed that vitamin D3 raises and maintains serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D — the marker your GP measures — more effectively than vitamin D2. Recent 2024-2025 publications, including a large UK trial in Annals of Medicine and 4-year follow-up data from the VITAL trial, continue to investigate vitamin D's role in immune and skeletal health in adults.\n\nAuthorised health claim: \"Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system, the maintenance of normal bones, and normal muscle function.\"\n\nAuthorised European Union nutrient claim per Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006. Used here in accordance with the conditions of use.",

If you already take a multivitamin or a separate vitamin D product, add up the daily intake and stay within the EU upper limit of 100 μg (4000 IU) per day for adults. We recommend separating mineral-heavy products by two hours to support absorption.",
